Such threads will be closed, but new threads can be initiated by forum users to readdress issue(s) present in the closed thread. Forum threads are not closed to censor topics, but may be closed to facilitate the reading of individual threads to improve discourse among forum member users on that topic. 3. Threads that contain multiple postings between forum users with off-topic content will be trimmed, edited or deleted without notice. 8. Users are Not Permitted to Impersonate Other Individuals.
