Donee does hereby release Donor, its directors, agents, officers, and employees from any liability which may or could occur by reason of the use of Equipment by Donee, including, but not limited to, any personal injury or property damage suffered by Donee or members of Donee’s family and/or Donee’s employees regardless of the cause or alleged cause of such personal injury or property damage. The undersigned Donee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Donor harmless (as well as its directors, agents, officers, and employees) against loss (including reasonable attorneys fees) from any and all claims of negligence, demands, rights, or causes of actions of any kind or nature that may hereafter at any time be made or brought by Donee, members of Donee’s family, and/or Donee’s employees, for any known or unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily or personal injuries, damages to property and consequences thereof, as direct or indirect result of using said Equipment.WITNESS our signatures as of the day and date first above stated. __________________________ Foundation ________________________ By__________________________________ DONEE(Name and Office in Foundation)
