That the Defendant is in willful and obstinate contempt of Court and should be adjudicated the same. 4. That the Plaintiff prays that this Court enter a temporary and permanent restraining order against the Defendant restraining the Defendant from coming on or working within the premises that constitute _________________. 5. That the Plaintiff has incurred significant legal expenses in the enforcement of this Court's previous order and should be entitled to a reasonable attorney fee herein. Wherefore premises considered the Plaintiff prays that this Court enter a temporary and permanent restraining order against the Defendant restricting him from working or coming on the premises that constitute _________________. Plaintiff prays that this Court enter an order holding the Defendant to be in contempt of Court and requiring the Defendant to pay all costs of court and a reasonable attorney fee herein.
