DEFENDANT MOTION TO DISMISS FAULT GROUNDS COMES NOW Plaintiff and files this his/her Motion to Dismiss Fault Grounds in the above styled and numbered cause as follows, to-wit:1. Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to allow him/her to withdraw all grounds alleged in the Complaint for Divorce filed herein, leaving only the ground of irreconcilable difference on which to seek said divorce.2. The Plaintiff would show that in support of said Motion that the parties have reached a mutually satisfactory agreement evidenced in the executed Property Settlement Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference. Said agreement makes adequate and sufficient provision for the settlement of all property rights between the parties, and they now desire the court to grant a divorce to each of them from the other on the ground of irreconcilable differences, alternatively plead in the Complaint.WHEREFORE, premises considered, Plaintiff prays that all fault grounds sought in the Complaint for Divorce previously filed in this action be dismissed, with the exception of the ground of irreconcilable differences, and that the parties hereto be allowed to proceed with this divorce on such ground of irreconcilable differences.THIS the day of 20 .
