The parties shall attend a parenting class and file a certificate of attendance within the time set forth by the court’s case management order. Attached to this Plan is a CFI appointment Order for the Court’s signature. The parties have agreed to the CFI and the allocation of the costs of the CFI.  A Legal Representative of the Child (CLR) shall be appointed in this case. Attached to this plan is a CLR appointment Order for the Court’s signature. The parties have agreed to the CLR and the allocation of the costs of the CLR.  A parental responsibility evaluation shall be performed in this case.
