Fill and Sign the Temporary Agreement for Form

TEMPORARY AGREEMENT FOR ACCESS TO RIGHT OF WAY For valuable consideration, the undersigned Owner(s), joined in this Agreement by Tenant(s), (collectively, the “Grantor”), grant to _____ (the “Company”), its contractors, a gents, and assigns, permission and license to pass over my/our lands in _____ County, _____, over a route extending from: (Description of Access) on the lands described on Exhibit “A.” This permission and license shall terminate _____ year(s) from the Effective Date below. The Company shall have the right to cut and remove trees, brush rocks, and other obstructions within the access route and to fill depressions or roughly grade the surface of the access for the purpose of constructing a passable roadway. The undersigned warrant(s) that he/she/they is/are the owner(s) of or have an interest in the land described in Exhibit “A,” and has/have lawful authority to enter into thi s Agreement, grant the permission described, in this Agreement and will permit the Company to enjoy the property without interference. By accepting this permission and license, Company agrees to hold the undersigned harmless from the claims and demands of all parties arising out of its negligent a ctivities that may occur by Company, its contractors, agents and/or assigns. This Agreement is executed by Owners and Tenant as of the date of their signatures, but shall be deemed effective as of _____ (the “Effective Date”).
