NO.             COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC SAFETY AND THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI RESPONDENT TEMPORARY ORDER REDUCING PERIOD OF SUSPENSION OF DRIVING PRIVILEGE This cause having come on for hearing on Petition to Reduce the Period of Suspension of Driving Privilege pursuant to §63-11-30, Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as amended, and the Court having studied the pleadings with exhibits and being otherwise fully advised in the premises finds as follows, to-wit: 1. That the Petitioner,       , is an adult resident citizen of       County, Mississippi, who resides at       , Mississippi. Petitioner's social security and Mississippi driver's license number is       . 2. That on or about             ,       Petitioner entered a guilty plea for violation of §63-11-30 (1) (c), Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as amended, in the Municipal Court of the City of       , Mississippi. 3. That since said date of conviction the Petitioner has attended and completed an alcohol safety education program as provided by §63-11-32, Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated, as amended. A true and correct copy of Certificate of Completion is attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A." Further, that Petitioner’s Mississippi driver's license was suspended on       for a period of 90 days. 4. That a hardship exists due to Petitioner's inability to lawfully operate a motor vehicle which should be averted by temporarily allowing Petitioner to operate a motor vehicle. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that       be and he/she is hereby allowed temporarily to operate a motor vehicle and the period of suspension of his/her driving privileges is reduced to thirty (30) days.
