Article Four Membership Individuals, public organizations, and private incorporated and unincorporated Associations interested in the objectives and purposes of this Association shall be eligible for membership. Member organizations shall be entitled to one representative to be selected as desired by the organization. Article Five Voting Each representative member of an organization, and each individual member shall have one vote on any matter to be voted on by the membership of the Association. Article Six Trustees A. A Board of Trustees is to be the governing body of this Association, consisting of Trustees, who will execute the powers of this Association, subject, (number) however, to the charitable purposes stated in these Articles.
