LIFEGUARD SERVICES CONTRACT This agreement is entered into by and between , (hereafter "Employer") and , (hereafter "Lifeguard"). NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and agreements contained herein, Employer hires Lifeguard, and Lifeguard agrees to work for Employer under the terms and conditions hereby agreed upon by the parties: 1. Scope of Services. Employer agrees to hire Lifeguard to perform the following service: 2. Term of Employment.
