Irrevocable Trust for Future Benefit of Trustor with Income Payable to Trustor after Specified Time Trust Agreement made on __________________ (date), between _______________ (Name of Trustor), of _____________________________________________ (street address, city, county, state, zip code) , hereinafter called the Trustor, and __________________ (Name of Trustee) , of _____________________________________________ (street address, city, county, state, zip code), hereinafter called the Trustee. For and in consideration of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, Trustor and Trustee agree as follows:I. Trust Estate. Trustor delivers, assigns, and transfers to Trustee in trust for the uses and purposes described below that property described in Exhibit A, which is attached and incorporated by this reference. Receipt of the property, referred to as the Trust Estate, is acknowledged by Trustee.II. Disposition of Principal and Income. Trustee shall receive, hold, administer, invest, and reinvest, disburse, and apply the principal and income of the Trust Estate and the proceeds as follows:A. In Trustee's discretion, Trustee may accept from other persons, or from the executors or administrators of the estates of Trustor or of others, further funds, securities, and assets that, if and when accepted, shall likewise be additions to the Trust, subject to all the terms and provisions of this Agreement.IV. Invasion of Principal. Trustee may in its discretion distribute to, or use or apply for the benefit of, Trustor or any other beneficiary entitled to receipt or application of net income, such amounts out of that part of the principal of this trust providing the income of the beneficiary as Trustee shall deem necessary by reason of accident, illness, adversity, or any other cause that reasonably requires such distribution or application for the maintenance or other necessities of the beneficiary and his or her dependents.V.Irrevocability of Trust. This Trust shall be irrevocable and, except for the right to relinquish Trust income reserved in Section II, shall not be altered, amended, revoked, or terminated by Trustor or any other person.VI.
