All relics, fossils, or other property taken from the premises by Grantee, except for Geotechnical core samples, shall remain the property of Grantor, and shall be disposed of according to the instructions of Grantor or returned to Grantor as set out below. Upon completion of the surveys, Grantee will return the premises to as near to its original condition as practical and will pay Grantor for all damages to crops, trees, shrubbery, struc tures, and equipment of Grantor. Grantee agrees to indemnify and hold Grantor harmless from all direct damages to the real property, personal property, or physical injury to persons on the property of Grantor, caused by or arising from the proximate result of the activities of Grantee, its officers, empl oyees, agents, or contractors in the exercise of Grantee’s rights pursuant to the terms of their Ri ght of Entry. Grantee will not perform any surveys, studies, or work on any portion of Grantor’s property which has been paved for vehicular traffic or parking, or on which a building or other structural improvement has been constructed, created, or situated, without the written pe rmission of Grantor. Give all relics, fossils and other property to a recognized museum or institution and provide me with a receipt. Dispose of all relics, fossils, and other property as the company sees fit.
