Property, real and/or personal was legally and beneficially acquired by the parties, or either of them, during the course of the marriage. 8. There have been no previous proceedings between the plaintiff and the defendant respecting dissolution of the marriage or maintenance of either party in any Court. The defendant has repeatedly failed to meet her financial obligations under her marriage by leaving all financial responsibility to the plaintiff despite her abil ity to earn a satisfactory income.
