Also named as interested persons and respondents to this Petition are any and all
persons who own or claim any right, title or interest in or to the property of the deceased,
said persons being unknown to the Petitioner and not found within the State of Mississippi
and whose places of residence and addresses are unknown to Petitioner after diligent search
and inquiry.
Pending the final adjudication b this Court of the true Last Will and Testament of the
decedent and her rightful devises, legatees and heirs, Petitioner alleges the said instrument
names himself as Executor and directs that said Executor serve without bond. Petitioner is
over the age of eighteen years, is of sound mind and not the convict of a felony; and in the
best interests of preserving the assets of the estate and commencing administration, Petitioner
should be appointed as Executor and temporary Letters Testamentary be issued, and formal
appraisement and bond be waived.
WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Petitioner prays that the Court fix a
date, time and place for a hearing on this Petition and that all of the foregoing interested
parties, together with any and all other persons having or claiming any interest in said estate
