Petitioner is over the age of eighteen years, is of sound mind and not the convict of a felony; and in the best interests of preserving the assets of the estate and commencing administration, Petitioner should be appointed as Executor and temporary Letters Testamentary be issued, and formal appraisement and bond be waived. WHEREFORE, PREMISES CONSIDERED, Petitioner prays that the Court fix a date, time and place for a hearing on this Petition and that all of the foregoing interested parties, together with any and all other persons having or claiming any interest in said estate EXHIBIT ____ be summoned as provided by law to be and appear at said hearing to contest the probate of the Last Will and testament of ____________, deceased, or to make any other objections.
