configurations in template configurations we need create documentation record first then load pdf file document for the e-signature and publish document and ready for its signature template configurations we complete configuration for a template then we create hr task configure hr task to reference to documentation we create for each signature template the final stage we go to service documentations then all other field keep as this is go ahead save the record the document record will be created on the relate list we see document reversions we need to create documentation but first we need load document that one useful is signature here i put dental version keep it 0 0.1 and then we need to load file that's for e-signature if we have signa then to claim form just load this one then click ok then you will see under relate list document version one record is created the open record we need to publish record before we can create a signature template let's just click submit reversion and go back to parent documentation now go back to then popping this and click publish it just keep the same name 0.1 and published then you can see this document relate the easiness required documentation have been created you can just finished then next we're going to create e-signature go e signature template clicking new that's to see z dental okay table since it's hr transportation we use hr task and document type we have multiple types and this one is reselect managed document itself type will be signature then we need reference over document we created it's my dental claim then everything is ready to be submitted let's submit this record and each signature template is created the next step we need create hr task and hr text is created from hr case you need to create hr keys first but i'm going to use exceeding hr case which you can always find hr case on the hr management application all hr case we just click open the one i'm just going to select the one it's open for me ready uh i have attachment here i'm going to remove them because each signature attachment will be signed i don't want confused just remove all the attachment okay i'm ready for to create task then in this existing hr case make sure the state is the ready state on the related link click add task then click hr task and you can keep all this information empty but you must select hr test type that would be easyliter that would be ask you to select template the template we create is oh i forgot let's search which template i created let's open whole template okay it's called jc dental claim you can see we we need to select oh go back reselect that's fun is rings is literal jse enter claim then you can see test is reference to each signature template but also we need to make sure this state become ready state i'm going to create ready for work okay i need fill in required field let's see you can see the test is assigned for a signature how can we do signed and the document the one is we need to go to service portal then user can access make sure you have people signed i'm going to sign to myself and just update it and go to service photo i'm going to use employee service center in sub's portal you can see on a tutor just open click you can see its signature have populate let me see this one you can see this is dental clean form we just configured go down the list you basically type your name i'm going to type jz and also in the draw signature i'm going to put my ease nature here it's not looks good at least i i'll be able to sign my e-symmeter then go ahead accept complete your signature will be saved to each table in the service now when you say you can see that your essential has been complete now we go back to system hr case this one now
