how to resize image signature signature image in outlook okay and what uh what size you should keep in outlook signature image signature so in this video today we are going to talk about so let's start with the video guys before we start any questions like this video hit the like button subscribe my channel and don't comment comments below don't forget to comments below so let me start with the video so in order to change the size in outlook image go to the file go to the option under the mail just select the signature section just tap on it and you will find your all signature so you can see i'm already at the image in here so i just show you the uh show this again by deleting this image so just add again here to show you just go to the image section and select the image which you want to add so in my case you can see this image size is very big so how you can make it the minimize how can minimize you can minimize just click on this corner and just uh you can keep hold it and you can minimize but sometime the image will not minimize like this so what you need to do okay you need to just right click on it and go to the pictures under the pictures you can see the size okay so by default maybe as per your image side it will be show here and this is a height scale you can also make it height with with percentage and you can make height with the centimeter okay so i just reset it so nine okay so it is by default 900 height okay okay so it is maximize the size again just right click on it go to the pictures go to the resize and here you have to keep at least two and make it okay absolute okay okay just click on ok you can see see the size has been minimized okay so if i click save again it's okay and come to the signature again you can see my size has been minimized you can same you have to mean if you want to minimize more just right click again go to the picture go to the size this time we make it two so you can make this like one point eighty or sixty centimeter okay don't do it don't uh change the width because it will be changed by by default with the height okay just make it 1.8 centimeter just click on ok so it will be minimized again now you can save yours you know signature and just click on ok and okay so it will be so i hope you like this video please subscribe me thank you for watching
