How to eSign a document: pdf xchange editor signature certificate

hello in this video i'll be going over how to create signatures and apply them so i've already started with a new document just wanted to get a signature line in there but in the tabs if you locate protect that's where all the signatures are pdf exchange does support a digital signature if you place your signature here it gives some information on date and time stamp and all that kind of stuff but traditionally i think a lot of people just use a written signature so to do that under signatures and initials if you click on manage there's three different ways to add signatures the first i'll go over is typing so you can just put your name in there oops and then click ok and then we'll name that typed and then click close and you'll see i got a little stamp going i can basically click that wherever i need to click it again if i needed to sign in some additional space which i don't need i don't need that one anymore click on manage again and then i can draw a signature uh since i don't want to put my real signature on here let's just make up some fun click ok and we'll name that our default click ok close and then i can put that there and resize to put in there the last way is if you wanted to import from a file say you already have a file with your signature on it you can select that click ok and then click ok and then we'll name that default as you're creating these signatures it'll always give you an opportunity to add a password to lock that down so that way whenever you need to apply a signature a password has to get put in but i'll leave that off for now so now i can close and i can i've captioning not available that out of the way so i can get rid of that one just click on it move it where needed once you've put the signatures where you need them you can hit apply all and it'll go ahead and add that signature to that document if you happen to have a account you can actually log into your account through pdf exchange and it'll pull over any of the signatures you have so you can just add those in there if you maybe make a signature here and you don't want it anymore you can go to manage select it and hit remove if you have any questions on how to use signatures you can give us a call at 210-798-0889 option one you can send us an email to service getsecuretech.com or you can send us a text message to 830-742 thank you
