hey Ricardo here for day five today of the automation challenge where we showcase every single day a different automations that we created for our clients today we have a very exciting one and it's about Auto invoicing client this is um an automation that works for performance-based deals that you have for clients so here um You probably spend quite a lot of time creating invoices that are related to the amount that you need to invoice for the clients so the the idea behind that is creating an auto invoicing system we did that for uh a paper interested lead company so uh the idea was Let's uh collect all the interested leads and then we create an invoice with Dynamic price with all the information about the leads and then send the email directly to um to the leads so I want to show you a couple of different components are of this system so first off there's the component inside our table related to the clients here we have the the two clients that we use for these examples and then we have two um two specific components we have the price per call or price per interested lead whatever the case might be and then we have the number of positive responses so uh the first one is the actual unit price per C or per lead and the second one is the max price max number of positive responses or calls that you can book for that specific client in that specific frame so if you book more calls then they effectively pay a maximum of uh €200 so this is an optional part that you can have but uh it's really useful to keep everything under control for the companies and making sure that you are doing a great job so the maximum here that you can build is 200 the maximum here you can build is uh 15 uh 1500 so those are the two example then what we have is we have email responses over here and then we have email responses divided by client so as you can see here we have eight um positive responses for next gen and then we have uh six positive responses for Prim media uh keep in mind next gen was the one with a maximum of uh 10 uh Prime media was with a maximum of two so uh 10 and Chu now let's uh uh jump in the automation here where the automation inside m.com so what we do is we get the paper interested lead and then we actually create a dynamic price within stripe we create a PDF H which is like the invoicing and then we send the invoicing we don't use the stripe uh functionality for creating invoices for a specific reason using this system we we use a tool called copy pdf.com and using this system we are able to uh map out the specific emails that we send out to the people right inside the invoice so I want to show you an example of the invoice that was send so this is an example of the invoice here here we have the invoice invoice date then we have the bill to next J Technologies here we should also have like the address and the email if those uh if that is present and then here we have like the description what is the quantity what is the unit price what is the actual amount and then the email details over here and then people can pay the invoice directly through here so this actually created a stripe um a stripe account that um that can lead you to pay directly through here so this is a really really powerful um really powerful tool and this is really powerful for any kind of performance uh type of agency that works with performance deals on any kind of deals so the um yeah the structure is about understanding what is the unit price systematizing those inside a database or interface and then sending out um emails and sending and creating the uh the invoices right through stripe and also possibly also using other accounts now this this is everything for today talk to you tomorrow bye-bye
