hello everyone welcome to another video in this video I will show you how to create invoices in airtable now creating invoices in airtable is a little bit difficult than in other project management software such as monday.com because they have embedded feature into uh you know monday.com for example right and as you can see I have a lot of different uh you know clients here I have a lot of different Billings here this is just a template by the way and what you can do is you need to have this organized in order for you to create an invoice right so let's say you want to create an invoice out of these data points right here so click extensions here and you'll need to add a new extension right now we will need to add a page designer here click add and then we'll need to just wait a little bit until the page designer is added uh right here so just wait a little bit and then uh what we'll need to do is we'll need to start designing our invoice yeah you will need to actually design an invoice in airtable in order to send it out so if you're not really tech savvy this will be a little bit difficult for you because obviously you will need to know how to design and stuff like that so as you can see uh here it is right we have table cases stuff we can put we can basically pick right contacts and then we can beat uh if we want the letter A4 okay we want like letter A for okay so right now what we can do is uh you know we can actually go here and you know start designing the invoice right the invoice is pretty much you know how it's going to look like so for example you have text right uh the text is right here we have we can put it right here right and then obviously the content you know we can just put it invoice and number one right or number one like this right and then we can obviously also put the font size to 25 for example or I know 50 50. let's put it 25 let's put it 25 and this is how it will look like right so this is right now how it looks like right so we can also add a image right for example an image right here we can add our logo right uh whatever we want we can click the order rotation image URL right we can put our logo right here if we want which is on the invoice then the next stop is going to be your contact type right um you know whether it's a client or actually it's going to be billing client right and you will need to put each of these basically elements are right here in order to create an invoice right and again it's a really really uh you know it is a little bit complicated at the start but yeah you will need to create this so invoice then uh you know who are you billing to billing from uh what's your invoice date what's your invoice due date right and stuff like that and when you're done you can go here and click present and this is how it will look like um you know for you and really other really you know other 28 clients if you have those type of clients right now obviously you we can find the field here bill right and then you know we can just put it here so keep in mind that all these fields are being pulled from your template so you will need to have a build to field so every field that it's on your invoice it will need to have a field right so for example build to field build from field um you know invoice date invoice due date uh so all of these you will need to have in your uh record right here in order to pull from your record and in order to create an invoice right so this is just a basic outlook on how to create an invoice in airtable if you want to know more definitely check out our Channel and we'll see you in the next video thank you guys for watching
