We use sign now for our real estate contracts and I can’t begin to tell you how many hours it saves us on every contract. Without airSlate SignNow, we would have to chase people down, worry about having them print out, scan, and then remember to send us back their signed documents. airSlate SignNow removes all of that headache because everything is done electronically. It’s easy to setup and very user-friendly, so even our least tech savvy clients/partners can use it with ease.

I'll admit, airSlate SignNow isn't perfect yet, but they have Docusign beat hands down when it comes to the control of the tag placement, the things you can do with the tags, how the tags work, the pricing per user (3x cheaper than Docusign and we get bulk upload!) and BEST OF ALL - we don't have to run our loan doc packages twice anymore, which we had to do under Docusign. Now we send the document through Drawloop, with delivery option of "email", AND at the same time, we can right click and save the package, and when we manually upload it to airSlate SignNow, it recognizes all of the tags! With Docusign we had to run the package twice: first to email it and second to send it through to Docusign because Docusign does not see the tags if it is first saved then uploaded. You have to use a template or manually place the signatures and we have 80 tags per set of loan docs! Another thing that airSlate SignNow can do is utilize tags that are already in the document, so you don't actually have to convert all of your Docusign tags to airSlate SignNow tags. Took us a while to figure that one out, but pretty nifty so we didn't have to recode all of our documents. Although now we use Drawloop Components to place the tags depending on the Delivery Option Name, so not necessary. Another AMAZING thing: bulk upload through a .csv file so we can send out a set of loan docs to hundreds of investors in under 10 seconds. Try doing that with Docusign without paying extra. There is one thing I really love about SaaS and that is the more features they have and the more advanced things they can do, the more I can take advantage of them and make our system even better. And I haven't even finished figuring out all of the advanced features of Sign Now!

Obviously... the price. We'd looked at lots of competing products, but couldn't justify the price. Still our clients were asking for electronic document signing. We had to find something, and airSlate SignNow is great. The product is easy to use, both on our end, and for our clients.

to begin with Finance Express which is now known as dealer socket which is a DMS that includes most features like Inventory management CRM marketing automation sales and finance tools too right sorry about that you can print forms contract deals keep track of customers keep track of cars through this app you can also do the same thing with other apps this one next one is called V Auto it may have a different name but most people know it by V Auto and it's owned by Cox Automotive and vuto is a DMS that specializes in Inventory management in pricing optimization helps you and helps dealerships optimize their vehicle inventory pricing and then it helps you improve profitability when you know how to price your cars properly and you know how to buy your car properly with tools like forecasting and uh tools that will let you see the performance and what kind of performance the car you're buying or selling is going to do at the auction so you can see you know what kind of uh see if the numers are going up or going down based on demand Etc now number three is going to be a program called dealer track this is the most widely used one to go ahead and submit applications a similar one is called Route One okay so these are the ones that most car dealerships Nationwide use so dealer track and Route One are both a DMS software and system that offers features that will help you keep track of your customers credit applications and compliance tools I believe some will let you keep inventory management but I think that's something extra that you have to talk to them about but it's mostly a CRM for credit applications keep in trap of your customers and helps dealership manage the sales process stay compliant with industry regulations when it comes to finance so this is what most dealerships use to submit applications you can keep track of the whole thing from the beginning to the end from the active status to where it's funded contract returned or contract completed Etc you know this next one is called Fraser which is a DMS that offers Inventory management sales and finance tools accounting it's basically like all-in-one shop designed specifically for independent use car dealerships you're going to find all the deal forms and all the legal forms that you need um you can keep track of customers keep track of of deals keep track of sales everything this is the um app you need to get uh to submit forms to the state like your taxes monthly taxes or yearly taxes you can find them in Fraser all your legal documents so basically to sum it all up it's a all- inone tool to help specifically designed to help small independent use car dealerships now there are plenty more uh you may know some that I don't know that I mentioned here and the last one so I don't make this video long is called car for sale car for sale is also a DMS with featur features to keep track of your inventory keep track of customers and keep track of fored applications they help you host your website and much more design your website make it mobile friendly and it's very inexpensive for what you get actually and they help your inventory be distributed to so many free classified websites right so these are the five most common softwares and applications that you will find every dealership Nationwide using um you can find them about motorcycle dealerships you can find them about RV places and um all these have a certain pricing monthly depending on what kind of dealership you're at so be sure you start at the right level some of them are more advanced than others if you're a small dealership barely starting out we suggest you use Fraser is the best most cost- effective one I don't get paid for promoting it you know so we suggest you start off at the right level please be
