welcome to wellington's new utility payment system this is what the home screen will look like when you begin on the right hand side of your screen you will see a menu click on citizen self-service this will take you to a screen where you can log in or register your account click on the register link located to the right of the login button here you will choose your user id set your password provide a password hint and email address to keep things simple we recommend using your email address as your user id as we are in this video once the form is filled out make sure you enter the validation numbers in the image before clicking save you will now be taken to the account settings page on this screen you will be able to change your account password and email address please note you are not able to change your username now we are going to link your utility bills to your username on the right hand side of the screen click on the link to account link this next page is where you will enter your account id and your cid this information is located on the most recent bill if you don't have a bill please contact customer service once the information has been entered click submit now your bill is linked to your username repeat the process to link multiple bills to one username to view the billing accounts click on the blue highlighted numbers for the account you wish to view under the utility billing accounts section now we are on the account summary page you will notice at the top of the screen you will have options to link account sign up for eft automatic payments request change of address bill delivery preferences and manage bills on this page you will also have the option to pay your bill or view your water usage now to pay your bill choose manage bills from the top of your screen or from the menu on the right hand side on this screen select the bill or bills you wish to pay by checking the pay bill check box and clicking on the pay button now select your payment method your options on this screen are pay by credit card and pay by e-check first we will show you how to pay with credit card you have the option for a one-time credit card payment by just selecting continue on this screen or if you wish to enroll in an automatic credit card payments then click on enroll the words now change to delete if you wish to stop auto credit card payments you would click on delete before choosing continue this next page shows you your current balance fill in the appropriate payment amount and click continue this is where you fill in your billing information and credit card information once the appropriate fields are completed click on make payment congratulations your payment has been made and if you clicked enroll you are signed up for automatic payments now let's see how to pay by e-check navigate to the account summary on the right-hand side menu and select pay now on the amount due now line again after selecting the bill you would like to pay click the pay button this time you would choose the pay by e-check option next enter the appropriate amount to pay and click continue in the top portion enter your billing information in the next section enter your payment information congratulations your payment has been made now let's see how to set up the eft automatic payments navigate to the account summary on the right hand side menu this time if you look towards the top of your screen you'll want to click on sign up for eft automatic payments now fill out the form by starting with your bank name you can either start typing your bank name and choosing the appropriate bank matching your routing number or you can start typing the routing number next fill out your bank account number bank account type and the phone number on your bank statement once completed click continue review the information and if something is wrong you can click modify to fix the problem or click submit if everything is correct congratulations you should now see your confirmation for completing the necessary information you will be notified on your bill when automatic payments have begun until then please continue to make individual payments if you have any questions please don't hesitate to call us at 561-791-4010 or email us at customer service at wellingtonfl.gov
