You can draft your invoice template to make your invoices look just the way you want. To go into the templates option in giddh simply press control+G when using windows and press command+g when using mac and search for templates module. As you can see in the templates page there are options available like Selecting the voucher for template like you can select vouchers sales Or debit note or credit note. You can define new templates and also edit and view the default template, just click on the edit icon to edit the default template Click on the add new button to add new template in a company and it will show you the page where you can define the design and content and save it. In the design option you can Select the default template for your unique design as the way you want you can Upload the logo of your company with different sizes Change the colors of the headers select the different style of fonts Change the size of fonts of heads ,You can also edit the print settings ing to your preference the print setting helps you to easily customize your invoice's print to adjust margins ing to your preference, ensuring you a personalized and accurate printout. after editing the design click on the contents option to go into the contents page Editing the contents are further being divided into three sections table and Footer click on the section or the edit icon to edit that particular section. In the header section following are the contents which are shown in the invoice like - Company name, company and warehouse address, Qr code , GST Number etc. scroll for more options you can also add custom fields. In the tables section - following are the options one can select or unselect them as per their need like date, item, s a c or hsn code, quantity and rate, taxable value, discount, previous due, etc. In addition, you can also change the label names as per your need to select the footer section just click on the edit icon of footer section as shown in this section you can select or unselect the contents same as we did in previous sections. This section includes tds, tcs, tax bifurcations setting, you can add notes like bank details or terms and conditions if any, you can also upload your image signature or slogan ! After editing the contents of your template just click on save and your invoice will be saved.
