welcome back to the master cash book on Excel now we have done entering our data um once you sign data you don't have to wait until the end before you see your report once you enter one line there is a report the next line there is a report so on in this video we'll explore the report generated by formulas by Excel formulas only we have the first one fixed assets you can see we have the list of our assets accounts here the total for the year is here we have January nothing in February March not in April May June all the way down to October so you can see the amount you pay these are cash payments only there's no accrual here these are cash payments only what you've paid so far you've seen all of them here the next one is sales reports only your sales three one zero one account code that you have skills on on almost every month except December without this for the year 141 million you have for January February these are cash influence not accrual sales these are cash influence from your sales transactions they are here up to November you can see the list of them here you can give a report to your management next we have direct cost you can see Logistics purchases for the whole year amount of cash paid to supply us for the year you can see up to October month for November yet you can see all of them for the whole year and we also have the overhead costs this is where most of our daily transactions happen you can see all your overhead cost expenses the total for the year is good that your right to receive up to November all overhead costs you see them then so there you go we have all we need so you have all your overhead costs from January to November 14th of December yet we have everything here in good place so that's your report as you're adding I can't chat the populating here up to 30 as you're adding your conversions overhead costs that are coming straight into gear with your moons in the columns we have your direct costs we have your sales fixed assets and um these are the reports that generated by formulas um in this video we'll show you the cash flow the cash flow is underway Port that generated by formula so we have um five reports that you get with Excel formulas once you start using this templates next video will show you how the cash flow reports works thanks for watching see in the next video bye [Music]
