hello and welcome to client task management template this tool allows users to track upcoming tasks deadlines such as bookkeeping accounts tax filling and payroll requirements the template is constructed of three parts these are clients tasks and task management form so let's start with the clients if you would like to add a new client press on it input the client details and then you may choose the client I'm a later on say you may also add an edit client types if you if you like to add one and then later on site you may also edit the existing client types as we edit it for a client type we may also edit the existing client so for John Abraham you may also change the client type and then later on save again you may also sort your clients a to Z and Z to a from here now you may also export your client info to another Excel workbook once you click on it it is going to create a new exile containing your client details you may also edit this workbook and then import it into the main template as well however if we do that we erase the dummy data now let's proceed it and leave it in the end now we may carry on with the tasks so you may create a new client task from here let's say John Abraham needs annual accounts to be ejected quarterly and team member one is going to do it until June 8 and we want to be reminded before 15 days he may also create new tasks type and edit task types as well let's say for new tasks time and then you may also edit client tasks as well let's say the annual accounts were supposed to be checked annually and team member to was supposed to deal with this work and it's supposed to be July 8th and 15 days for the reminder so you may also edit task types from here once you save it is given it is going to be saved in the system once you're done now you're able to display the task management form by pressing View tasks manager you may display all the results by clicking on all clients you may sort it from A to Z or Z to a you may filter it under tasks and team members you may also sort your results ing to their deadlines I remind the date as well you may also edit task settings from here let's say you would like to change the team member and a deadline or reminder date again click on the task and then choose the necessary options and later on if you have a note press on view and edit client notes so and then save new note if you have a note it is going to be appearing in this place so once you're done with the settings save dates an assignment changes once you complete the task when the day has come choose the task and press on mark is complete and recreate tasks when you click on it it is going to complete the task and recreate in the task management form for the next periodic in this case it is going to be 2021 because the previous job was 2020 and we choose annually so this is going to be recreated in the new task management phone lastly as I mentioned in the beginning you can edit the book 1 which is the Excel workbook you already exhort exported from this template and imported from this template all you have to do is add additional client details if you have any and later on press import clients from template once you do that all your data will be erased choose book 1 and now we are able to see the additional new clients that we edited recently in this template so thanks for watching and don't forget to check our other templates at .americanoutback.net
