The second is new on the market for which new functionalities will be released frequently, Central Invoice Management by SAP. " "Let's check out the possibilites which Vendor Invoice Management by OpenText (also known as SAP Invoice Management) has to offer. We start of with a highlevel overview of the total solution of VIM. All invoices are digitalized and structured data is send into your SAP system. The data is validated against the data in your SAP system, and in case of mismatch, approval or discrepancy an exception is triggered and automaticallty routed to the person responsible. In case all data is correct the invoice is automatically processed and made available for payment, saving your organization a lot of time.
