hi Gina here from crafty base and today I'm going to give you a quick overview of how to generate and customize your invoices invoices can be generated and then printed or emailed directly to your customer to generate an invoice first we'll need to navigate to an order here on the order details page you'll notice a row of buttons up here go ahead and click the generate invoice button to download a copy of your invoice you'll go ahead and save this to your computer so that you can either attach it to an email or print it let's go ahead and take a closer look at our invoice before we customize it you'll notice that your invoice number and the order date are across the top directly below that you'll notice your customer name and your order items along with your order total now I'm going to go ahead and show you how you can add a few details to your invoice to make it more tailored to your business so let's head back over to our crafty base account and then we'll navigate to our invoice settings using this quick link here the first section allows you to enter payment terms that you'd like to set and this information will be displayed at the bottom of your invoice the next section is for entering your business address along with any other details that you'd like such as your phone number or your web address this will appear in the upper right corner of your invoice and lastly you can upload a logo by clicking Choose file and selecting the image that you'd like to upload these details have now been added and will be visible on each invoice that you generate so let's go ahead and go back over to our order and create a new invoice so you can see how it appears once these details have been added once again you'll select generate invoice save it to your computer and then open as you can now see your logo and business information are displayed across the top if we take a look down at the bottom you'll notice that your terms and payment of ice are now displayed along the bottom this wraps up today's video if you have any questions you can reach us at crafty base comm slash support you can also find us on Twitter Facebook and our blog we'll see you next time thanks for watching
