hey everyone myself Aron I hope you all are doing good and today in this video I'm going to provide a summary and a work through of this uh workbook where I have created an invoice using Excel database and Excel macro with some complex formulas so I am going you to provide uh summary and explain how I created using uh uh different different formulas so uh before going to explain how it's working uh let me show you some of the formulas and the sheets that are associated with this uh INB new sheet where I have the invoice so basically this database sheet is the onetime end entry sheet where we will be entering that uh data here so ing to the requirements uh they in the second row second column that is B column uh I have the product list where they might get duplicated but their information in other columns are different so for example uh customer may have ordered 88 quantity in these lots and we have uh added here but uh I will explain you how I automated this one uh later on so this one is the item uh this serial number Ive created a unique value using number value left formula so this is um it's still going to the down because uh whenever the user enters here this ID will gets created automatically then this information is also uh manually filled by the user and uh so on some of the columns has formulas uh let's say if uh this one rate PC so this is I've created some of the formulas over here but uh instead of using uh I mean they uh they will be required for the user but I have created one more sheet this one so if you can see here for each unique number I have all the information presented here where uh I have added this one for each and every product so let's say first um serial number uh 48 48116 for quantity pieces and net weight as well as gr gross weight so I've used some of the formulas over here in sheet one to get this one so we can see here 48 48116 so they all are get captured using U iferror sups and I mean they I have applied lot of Logics here to get this number done similarly for this one and this one so this sheet will gets automatically created once I once I uh enter the value here uh I've used this sheet because uh this will be using used in my macro so all the rows will be feted from this sheet in this uh in this sheet to this macro sheet uh so my invoice will be gets created once I click on this button so this is the idea where I have achieved using this complex in guys where uh we will be filling the data in only the database sheet here and then rest of the information gets automatically in this sheet and then this invoice sheet will get Sprint automatically so let me show you how it's working so currently we have only three uh data here why because we have only three serial number data here so then only three are reflected here this information all the information is gets captured automatically the sum count everything this is uh I've created because there are many Logics presented here in this cell for invoice let me show you this one so this package number is coming from 1 to six so here is what the logic so 126 means bail number 126 is for this item number so um this represents for one serial number we have six items then again for second item item we have package number 7 to 12 this one starting with bail number starting with 7 and 12 and so on and again for third item it is 13 to 20 serial number three bail number 13 to 20 again this is coming here then we have the how many pieces it's the sum of this one 100 pieces 67 pieces this is the quantity so idea behind there is it's fully automized automat I mean I have fully automatic this uh invoice where we have uh the data in one sheet and the other sheets are getting created automatically based on what data we have entered in this database sheet and again I want to show you one thing more uh this invoice sheet this consigning details the address and the other details are also gets captured automatically so if I you uh I mean if if I make this invoice for other consigning let's say uh test one name then this will automatically gets captured over here so this the idea behind because this one we don't uh because we have another sheet of client data here so we have written client issues for this address one so this address is getting captured into invoice new from this client data so I need to make test one as well so let's say this one I have added over here let me just put over here test one okay uh I just need to copy this one here in the client data sheet now this one will be captured here you can see here any gets uh removed so these all information in this invoice are get using formulas if you can see here they all are formulas so whatever we do the changes over here in this shet they will gets
