happy Sunday my friends I hope you guys are enjoying your weekend I wanted to drop this video first of all to give a shout out to Troutman and Amin for the awesome shirt and congratulations on your partnership with Cal Berkeley so if you ever find yourself needing to defend a tcpa comp compl who you going to call Troutman and Amin they will defend you but today we're not going to talk about compliance we're going to talk about leads this past week in projected advances now let me explain to you guys what projected advances means these are advances that I will receive as soon as each one of these policies that I sold are issued and with Senior Life the policy is issued once they make that first payment so in advances that I collected I did over $4,100 in projected advances and my lead cost for the week was approximately $11,000 give or take a lead or two but 1,000 bucks one week 100% over the telephone working for my home office and it just reminds me that this is the type of business that if you show up every day you follow the training program you deal with the objections that we all face you're going to have success I remember one of my mentors when I first started selling insurance he would tell me look you can have a bad day you can have a bad week but if you show up every day you'll never have a bad month and that is the truth so if you're watching this you're struggling and you're thinking to yourself man $4,100 that sounds like something I want to do the only way to do it is by having leads every single day with me I'm working inbounds but not only that but on the ones that I don't close I'm following up I'm Relentless I'm organized with my calendar and for 90 days I'm following up with people that I've pitched before someone that's waiting you know to give me their bank account information whatever it is I'm following through and that's the way it works a lot of you guys you know have no idea that you're building a pipeline I wish every single one of these leads that I received I close them on the first shot and everything's done no some of these people require you to follow up and if you're not doing it how are you going to have success so if you're watching this video you need leads give me an opportunity I work in nine states and if you can duplicate our training system and go to work Monday through Friday this can be a great opportunity for you it's like I was telling one of my associates this morning I said hey I did $4,100 in Gross projected advances $11,000 in cost and in this person's case he needs to replace his income basically $20 an hour so again even if your skill set is not at where I'm at you're still able to make sales every week and enough to pay the lead cost and do it all over again and in the meantime your skill set gets better because I don't care what sales you've made where you've been at if you've never sold final expense over the telephone you you're going to get burned you're going to burn your leads or you're going to sell it in a way that people cancel faster than you can write them so again if you're watching this video you need leads let's talk these are customer initiated inbounds if you want to check out firsthand what I do if you're licensed I invite you to join me I'm on tomorrow morning through Friday if you want to check out some of my other videos check it out and you'll see my call logs my talk times and again you you see the quality of the lead and we'll go back to compliance for 2025 the ono1 consent if your lead system is not in compliance that's going to be an issue I'm happy to say that all of our leads are in compliance FCC one: one and we sell our policies and we send it all to Senior Life so again compliance leads and making sales it's part of the business so again if you're watching this you need leads you need to put some energy call me up I'll give you a fair contract and for some of you you might have to take a haircut I know there's folks out there that want the top level contract but you know they need our assistance so we got to give a little bit in order for this to work so with that said my friends you guys enjoy your weekend and see you guys at top peace
