hello everyone this is Sasha AKA your Frugal friend and today I'm going to be showing you how to use my invoice receipt and order form Cana small business form templates these are editable in canva you purchase the template and then you fill everything in you customize it with your brand colors here your fonts you put your logo here it's very easy to use so let's get started so for my example this is a photography company wanting to create a customized invoice uh for their customers and so what I'm going to do first is I'm going to grab their logo and I'm going to put it into that photo frame right there and as you see it pops right in and then we are going to change the font color we want it to be more of this beige and then we can highlight all of these and change it to that beige right there and then also [Music] here and here and we want to change our invoice font to something we're customized for our brand so we want to use a font called benam Bentham there and then you can change all these fonts you can also change the font here we can make it I like to write exactly what I'm looking for in canvas such as a handwriting font and you can see here that you can use free fonts if you have uh if you're not paying for canva pro which is the paid version of canva and without anything without this little Crown means it's free these are paid fonts so you could use a free font to make it more handwritten for your business so you could do something like that you could also um there's a really cute font here called Britney so you could take Britney font and then you could highlight that make it bigger and just put that at the bottom of your invoice and then at this point what you can do is you can hit um the download button that's this little arrow here and you can do PDF print this is a high quality print and then you go to the the page you want to print if you're not buying the bundle and you're just buying the individual file the invoice for example you would you would just you know hit download and print on that uh I mean download on that and then but on this you're going to be doing page two we're going to download this we're going to open it in PDF and then you could print it from your home printer here I have a black and white printer that's why it's showing up in black and white and that's all there is to it so I hope that this video helps and if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to me thank you but
