hey everyone my name is Ethan and I'm the product manager for HubSpot invoices and I'm so excited to share our invoicing offering with you so HubSpot invoices can be used to create and send uh invoices straight from HubSpot CRM and then customers your customers um can pay those invoices using HubSpot payments or you can also Mark invoices as paid if you receive payments outside of HubSpot payments like a check or a wire transfer and so right now we're on the invoices index page which you can find by going to sales and invoice um and this is kind of the command center for invoices so you can see we've got our tab for overdue invoices and upcoming invoices paid invoices so we' got a lot of out of the box reporting for you right here and then in terms of creating invoices you can create invoices uh on the index page but you can also create invoices from the contact or company or deal or quote objects to speed up invoice creation and kind of accelerate that quote to cach process so I'm actually going to show you how to create an invoice from a deal um because I think it really shows how we could speed up that W to cach process so you can see I've got a deal right here in my contract signed uh deal stin so I'm going to click in here and then over here in the invoices section I can actually convert this deal into an invoice and so that's not going to do anything to the deal but it is going to pull all that useful information from the deal into the invoice to save me some time and then once I'm here I can edit anything that's uh pulled in from the deal maybe I can add a poer um I could add comments I can add a fee or a discount and I can also Mark how I want to be paid for this invoice so I'll say that I want to be paid by a credit card uh once I'm ready to send the invoice I can go ahead and finalize it um and that's going to assign the invoice a number as well as like ready it to be sent and you can either send this directly to your customer manually or HubSpot can send it for you and then if we uh send this invoice to the customer this is what they're going to see so they're going to see this nice invoice it's going to contain all that information and then uh your customer can actually pay this invoice directly from the invoice page so they can press pay now uh and that's going to go ahead and open up this checkout page that is using HubSpot payments um but like I said if your customer does is you know send you check or doesn't want to pay through HubSpot payments you can always go back to your invoices index page um and you can mark this invoice as paid manually like that um in addition you can be you know HubSpot invoices are available in our reporting platform as well as our automation platform so you can create automation based off of you know when an invoice is paid or if an invoice becomes overdue you can create reports showing you know the total amount of overdue invoices or the number of overdue invoices by companies so there's so much um Power to having invoices inside the CRM I really appreciate you listening to me and I hope this has been useful and I'm so excited to see the invoices that you create so thanks for listening [Music]
