incorporate so every state is different you can see Florida's 125 package fees zero and it also comes with a free registered agent so again if you're looking to file in Delaware Wyoming or if you're a CPA or you know tax guy is telling you to you know file in a different state then you'll get a free registered agent service by going through ink file so we'll go ahead and we're going to pick this something neutral so we're going to put JS Consulting here and we're going to choose LLC so Jazz Consulting LLC is our name it's very broad it's very neutral and it allows us when we finally do decide what kind of business we want to get into to Pivot towards that business rather than tying ourselves down to let's say a restaurant or something like that business purpose we're going to put Consulting now here's another thing one of the best uh codes right industry codes to put is five four one six one one administrative management consulting services a lot of banks like administrative management consulting services and they can actually lend more funds to you we've seen people before who register as construction and they're limited and capped uh to how much funding they can get isn't finished yet so go ahead if it's Monday through Friday 7 and 10 click apply online now about the name address County all that information click continue go ahead and fill out this information whether or not you're in a high risk if you do anything like that if you expect to have employees go ahead click yes go ahead pick an industry Consulting is going to be my end industry and receive the Ein letter online you'll get it instantly once you click continue so go ahead click continue click submit once you submit it you will be given a digital copy of your EIN download it save it print it do not lose it now finally once you've got your articles of organization and your EIN letter you're going to want to store them digitally on your computer and physically in a folder take those two
