So in this video I'm going to show you two ways to generate an invoice online for free for your freelancing uh billing or for your business billing so the first way is using wise.com uh invoice generator to get started with wise.com invoice generator go to wise.com/us/invoice-generator/ and you'll be taken to this page here where you can start generating your invoice the first part that you have to fill in here is the invoice number so you enter your invoice number then enter the purchase order number Then followed by the logo if you have a logo for your business or for your brand you can upload the logo here then here you can enter your company details like your address if you have a po postal address or your physical address you can enter here then enter the details of your client like the website address or the physical address where their business is located in then email address if they have shared that one as well you can you can enter here for future references in case uh someone needs to contact them you you'll have their contacts here then here you can choose your currency for example I'm a Kenyan I can enter Kenya Shillings so you can see there's Kenya Shillings here then uh enter invoice date which is automatically set to the date that you generating your invoice here then due date will be 2 weeks after the gener after the invoice is generated that is 14 days later so um you can change this one here by clicking here then enter item description for example consultation fee then unit cost is uh for example 100 Kenya uh 1,000 Kenya Shillings then quantity is two that is 2,000 Kenya Shillings if there is any other service that you've provided you can enter here for example ad demonstration fee fee then quantity fee is say 2,000 Kenya Shillings and it's for for 5 days and that is uh 2,000 Shillings here and for 5 days that is 10,000 Kenya Shillings and so on and so on once you're done entering the items description you can come here now you'll have to come here down and enter your payment terms for example payment is due within 15 days and etc etc then enter the tax fee for example in Kenya uh consultation withholding fees is 5% so you'll enter there if you have a discount and shipping fee you can enter here then uh the most important part is here down here you can enter your bank information where they uh where you want the client to deposit the money once uh they approve the invoice so enter your bank details where the money will be sent to and once you're done click on create the invoice and the invoice will be generated you can name it as you want and then save here the second way that you can generate an invoice here is using paypal.com invoice generator so this is the URL where you come to when you want to generate an invoice for PayPal once you're here you can upload your logo then enter your business address and email then enter your invoice number here then date of your invoice then here you can enter the currency uh unfortunately PayPal doesn't have all currencies so you'll just choose one of these like USD for example then uh customer name and email address and then enter the items that you buying for uh from your client and enter here once you are done you can add notes to the recipient or you can add here for for instance um your bank information where the money will be sent to unfortunately this doesn't have an option where you can enter your bank information as well as the notes so you can add the bank information at the notes place here once you're done you can print a file here save as a PDF and then click on Save and this will save your invoice as a PDF uh one cool thing about PayPal uh invoice template generator is that when you have an account with PayPal you can generate as many invoices as you can and you don't have to enter the billing information the next time you are generating a new invoice you just enter the name and it will bring up the details and you can automatically have it prefilled here and that is it on how to generate invoices for free online I hope you found this video helpful give it a thumbs up and subscribe subcribe to this YouTube channel also take time to visit my website on cheptiony.com to learn more up until next time bye-bye and take care my name is Cheptiony Mutai.
