up booking that's that's where we have set up in place is that you need to take them into a um sequence where if they didn't take the action of booking you have their contact information so so what you do is basically create a sequence following up an email and text message saying hey we noticed that um you were interested in our services but you didn't uh book yet are you still interested in Booking here's the link that way again it takes them from you know they might have forgotten to book they might have have a you know software issue you know computer issues or you know signal issues with their phone it takes them back into to the booking page so went from landing page booking page if they forgot then it takes them back over here now you're going into again let's say you got that no booking now it turns into a booking so now um you send them a reminder of the appointment Thea text message 24 hours before the appointment um just to remind the the um remind your client like hey you're just reminder you have a service scheduled for 24 hours in 24 hours from now um let them know you know let us know ahead of time if you you know would like to reschedule or blah blah blah anything like that um it reduces the amount of no shows you know reduces the amount of cancellation Services you know sometimes people forget about these things um and then then it'll also send them an SMS uh text message 1 hour prior to service so after that you do the job you do a great job you'll the system will automatically send them a post review sequence which it will send them a survey um basically saying um hey if you get a chance fill out the survey let it know let us know how the job went um based on that survey if the answer uh with a certain amount like they did a good job then it will for them to your Google business profile which they can leave a review you know saying hey you see that you love their job would you mind leaving leaving us review um and we also with an incentive that you know will give you 25% off your next service now let's say if that survey wasn't good right um let's say they f a survey the job didn't go well or something like that well that it will forward that to you know it will send in something saying we're going to forward your feedback to our team to improve our services or see what we can do to help or fix the remedy the issue um but again this is all automated it helps with you know your overall sales fun and ecosystem um but anyway so after the post review is done you've already paid or if you've already done some marketing to
