I love the fact that I just dont have to print contracts anymore and save paper that way and this app has helped me with that.

Its easy to use , all of my documents are right there for me to see , I can keep them for as long as I want to and dont have to delete them. I also really like the option that I can use it as businesses and personal . Changing the Signaturs its super easy . Al around a great app .

So we had been looking for a online document signing software for our equipment rental company. we had a couple criteria, first was the ability to have the cudtomer upload a picture of their ID and Proof of insurance to verify their Identity. Also we needed it to be legally binding, and for it to be reasonably priced as we are still pretty small and rentals are only a portion of our revenue and wouldn't justify a month subscription some of the other software we looking at had. This fit the bill and more. Glad we switched.

client you can make a new client in your database stores them all right here you can email them or text them from this platform you got the quote option here you can do a quote right here from this desktop and then the last thing you got is your invoicing now you can add a logo into this platform so every time you send on my invoice or a quote it'll have your logo at the very top which is very nice so that's the first feature having that create button at the top left hand corner I really like to the second feature is having your clients tab right here on the side you click on it and it'll bring up all your clients that you have and then you'll just have all them listed you can call you can call them from the app if you have the app um but I'm not going to show this for privacy disclosure but that's your client's tab it's where you'll find all your clients at on the left hand side here that's another feature I really like about this app having all your clients stored on a database in a cloud quotes and you can have all your all your quotes to be listed right here all the quotes you're given from this platform now considering I have the light version which is about twenty dollars a month very good price to run an app like this um you can upgrade for a little bit more and turn your quotes into a job right from the app don't know how much more it is but I know it's the next one up from what I have that is another feature that pretty much a lot of apps is not going to offer you you can run a report your transaction list all transactions from invoice payments to deposits um you can run invoice report all invoice there drafts outstanding paid or bad debt and the last one taxation tax totals total Wayne collection total by tax rate so these two I use more commonly you can see how much you have up to date if you're using Java for every single job you'll know about how much you're making in your business which is very very helpful and makes you super organized so I highly recommend this app they say give it out of five stars I'd give it a hundred it's a great app great platform great CRM highly recommend it so that's something I like about this app a lot too it's very critical in the business it'll give you a graph you can do from the last 12 months you can do last 30 days whatever the case may be but we're looking at April 2022 all the way to December 2022. and it'll give you you know where you've gone up and down in the business for your wages and stuff like that so you can kind of see from here in April to about June it had a growth spurt in the business in sales and that went down a little bit because these are hotter months where the grass hasn't grown as much in some areas in the United States but here you know like that and then it went back up in August and they made some more sales and it kind of flatlined and we hit a good peaking point right there so keeping in mind it's only for desktop so this particular graph that you can look at you can't look at this in the phone just like I said before the clients quotes and adding invoices uh you can do on the phone but this something you have to do on desktop there's a lot more features on the desktop with this 20 a month version so you really gotta check it out you're really gonna love this app trust me all right guys so if you found that video helpful please smash
