I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

hello and welcome to mechanic manager uh workshop management software random mechanic workshop management software so i'll go straight into the demo data you can create a free trial here so i'll go straight to demo data uh first screen presented with is the monthly sales that shows you a graph of the sales for each month within the financial year so it's pretty handy you can choose any you want so it shows you that in october uh your sales were higher than the month and shows the amount there so if we're going to uh invoicing uh most most people or businesses are interested in their invoicing so you can click on invoicing shows all the invoices there you can search on a few things there's more search criteria i want to create a new invoice i'll click on create new invoice uh this is where you create all the invoices first thing i'll do is uh search for a customer supply type in a there's a customer there that starts today i'll click on him aero mechanic it's got one vehicle i'll select the vehicle go straight on to the on the invoice there there's the bid number the month to year put the odometer in and start inserting the parts and labor so type in m there's a major service there just like that it puts it straight onto the invoice i can put as many parts and labour as i want when the invoice is done i can put the next service date in so the next service date is um i will just click on six six months time from today put the climate is in once it's all done you just go make payment and save it and print it you can also email it so i'll do that you i can i can say look um this guy's gonna pay by visa card i'll just click on there the full amount goes in there i can do part payments i can split the payments between different payment types um and that's about it once you save the invoice you can email it once you save the invoice uh the service history is always there for you to uh to look at down here so click on service history there's services street you can search only number customer name etc every number if i click on save this one here it comes up with that invoice so there's the service history button there uh so for this region number there no free number that's the only service history we have and that's um that's about it that's the invoicing function also i've got job cards so you create a job card new job card um when you create a job card you can generate invoice off it uh job card um you can um put times and label on there and assign into mechanics uh you've got a booking system so the booking diary there i'll change the view so we want to view booking settings uh the view will make it a week i'll go back into the bookings diary it's a weekly view i'm gonna just drag and drag tuesday 21st from 9 30 till 12. it puts the time there it's exactly like the invoicing layout type in m put a major service on there i can save the booking and later on i can generate a job card or an invoice off that booking so i'll save the booking it's been saved there it is there if i come in later and just click on it i can just generate double click on it i can just generate a quote an invoice or a drop card say i want to generate an invoice of that booking just click on generate invoice and there's the invoice all you've got to do is go in there and pay it off so this software is called mechanic manager .mechanicmanager so log on have a look at it play around with it see what you think thanks bye
