Hello friends welcome to my YouTube channel Ki technico so in this video today we will learn about making an automatic GST bill for a medical store in Microsoft Excel so if you like this video please subscribe my channel and like and share this video so that we can get some motivation to make other useful videos and let's get started first of all we will make a framework for our format so we select 11 columns and 37 rows and give them outside border so that we can see easily our framework now we will select the 11 number row and we will insert all the main content like serial number particular so in particular tab we will enter the medicine name so it would be a bit wider now quantity and free product or discount whatever required and batch number expiry MRP rate and amount and we will give it a thick box so that we can distinguished it from other data we will make some block like the first block for all the main detail and we will give a thick box border and another block for Bank detail five rows block another blck for all the calculation like total and tax everything and we will decorate it we will edit and adjust so you can see so now it's okay we will give a thick border so now we will write down the name of the medical store and address and the license number and in the first row we will write down the GST number and contact number and invoice heading and we can adjust the width of the column as per our requirement so as you can see whatever you like and now everything is ready so we can just write down the name of the medical store like it's x y z z y x medicose and after that we will take a font size and font as per or requirement so I am taking the font of arial black it would be a bit bold so that we can see so now we will make some tab for like invoice number and date and customer details so first we we are writing invoice number and one tab 48 and after that 7 8 9 10 rows for customer detail so we will like we will write customer address and GST number and we can decorate it a bit so now it's so now as you can see the all the details has been filled here so the format is almost ready to use but we can adjust all the things like the font size style and everything as per a requirement so we can we can also give some type of color here but the color thing is totally color and theme is totally discretionary whatever you like whatever font color you like you can give it so I have made it and now it's almost done so now here we will give the formula so first we will adjust the format a bit and here is the formula for the amount so it would be like quantity into rate so if we will give the formula and we will hit the enter button after that we will drag the cursor so that the formula will populate automatically so you can see we will take the rate column also and enter yeah it's a zero now in order to make it active sheet we will take the page break preview so that we can see only the active area and we can also hide the grid lines of the cells you can see in view menu the grid lines we have already had the grid lines now it's totally clear so now you can see it's the preview now we can fill out test piece like we have given the details so we will also give some medicine name and quantity and rate we can also check whether the calculation is being done accurately if fill all the information here one thing you can keep in mind that while filling all the details you can take one thing just to the font would be the MS PGothic because it's a bit crispy as you can see in the medicine name and details and all the color thing can be done Autumn uh discretionary whatever you like whatever your requirement you can do like that so now it's almost completed if you like my videos please subscribe my channel and like and share this video and if there is any query and question you can just write it in comment section so that I can reply you thank you
