I like how I can take any document and upload to the Signnow platform. It's easy to add in customizable elements on our documents for clients to fill in. Clients love how they can log back in to review the document without having to sign immediately, I like how SIgnnow keeps me informed of the history of the document - who has viewed it, when they view it, their last login, etc. I also like how I am sent a copy of the document once all elements have been completed.

hello hello okay I'm gonna go ahead and share my screen I'm Danielle Baker Lily independent consultant and I am actually going to be teaching you how to make an invoice through PayPal because that's a question I get all the time so here you go I'm gonna screen share and show you how I do it alright let's share alright so when we are here this is actually you're going to find this under tools this is a PayPal business account okay so PayPal business account when you will see all your tabs here and you will see invoicing under tools okay so you click on that and this is what you're going to see all right so if you create alright and this is one of my one of my accounts that I don't use anymore so we're going to create a template just that we're gonna use all the times you would upload your company logo or whatever the case may be you can put your goods shippable email address as you'll do and then down here you can put what you want to include so I want to include quantity price taxes okay but up here you can actually change what you want to include okay so we're gonna send a sample invoice to me to my other email so I'm going to put my email okay and I'm gonna hit tab in it see this pencil mark at this point I can put in my name whoops and then I don't put billing address in only because I don't ship through paper through PayPal I actually use pirate ship which is another free program so you click Save and then when you get here I you can either itemize and put you know certain pieces paparazzi blah blah blah blah you know whatever the piece is individual lines or you can just type in you know jewelry whatever it is five of them at $5 and then insert your tax so I you can make a new tax rate and mine is South Carolina tax at 6% hit save so now it's gonna put that in there and then here I can put a description of what pieces piece number one piece number two so you can put on the details of your order if you want right there okay and then down here if you're doing like a promotion so with our company you know we only have one promotion we can use and that is information and that is in the back office so you'll put that information here you can offer free shipping or tax free anytime so I'm not going to put either one of those in or we'll say well do five dollars shipping okay so it's gonna add it in there there's my total down here you can put thank you so much for your order so much for your order and then terms and conditions please pay within 24 hours or whatever case you might want to do okay and then when you get that done you can save that template okay and I'm gonna put test for that template okay save so now everything is in there okay so I normally obviously wouldn't save this you know with these details here I would just save jewelry or you know whatever it is you sell ok so put all that information in and then if you hover over this you can send through PayPal or you can share link so I always send through PayPal and then I turn around and I go down here and I click on this if you go down here to the bottom you'll see share link you can copy that and then what I do is I actually go in and I post it into the messenger and say here's your invoice please you know pay within 24 hours and then I send it and this is what your customers actually going to see and we get there so your customers actually gonna see this they're gonna see whatever your title and stuff up is up here their information here total detail that you put and whatever messages you put down here okay now say you want to cancel this invoice so if you go back to invoicing you bet go here you can go down and cancel your invoice here you can send an email if you need to and then send cancellation and it is gone okay so hopefully that helps that's the biggest question I get is how do I send an invoice so I recommend with your business that you actually make a business account with a personal account you don't have many business capabilities nor can you run reports nor can you get tax documents so you're gonna need those things if you're running a business okay so I'm gonna be training you know doing some other videos on this so please subscribe to my channel and look forward to more more great videos to hopefully help you okay have a great day and I hope you have an awesome night bye guys
