hello and welcome to wink this video will show you how to process a refund you can either do a full refund if you choose to reimburse your customer entirely or a partial refund if you are only refunding them certain items or a certain percentage of the initial paid amount let's get started with the full refund with only four simple steps step 1 open the original invoice step 2 click on edit then credit and choose refund step 3 type a reason for why you are giving a refund this will create a brand-new invoice step 4 click on save and if you're using weight labels click on barcode to print a tag for your frame and you're done now here are the steps tor is a partial refund step 1 open the invoice and do a full refund first step2 on that new refund invoice click on pay and delete all the payments step 3 delete the items that you do not want to refund and if necessary adjust the unit price to reflect what you are reimbursing the customer step 4 click on pay and choose your method of reimbursement and save and that is it super easy if you didn't want to refund money to your customer but rather give them a store credit please take a look at our video for credit ins thank you for watching and have a great day
