My overall experience with this software has been a tremendous help with important documents and even simple task so that I don't have leave the house and waste time and gas to have to go sign the documents in person. I think it is a great software and very convenient.

airSlate SignNow has been a awesome software for electric signatures. This has been a useful tool and has been great and definitely helps time management for important documents. I've used this software for important documents for my college courses for billing documents and even to sign for credit cards or other simple task such as documents for my daughters schooling.

let's take a look at invoicing through Proline Proline has built-in Payment Processing for card and a uh and we make it super easy to send out invoices via both uh text and email and so we'll take a look at that now uh we already have a signed quote here and if we take a look inside of this signed quote we're going to see that it included a deposit so they actually signed for a deposit here so we can go to billing we go to new invoice we can choose our initial deposit uh template and proland is going to automatically make this um this invoice for $5,000 because that's what the the customer signed for for the deposit now now what you'll see here is interesting is this total quote here the total amount for this quote that was signed for is uh the 16, 71571 and if we go into this invoice this is something that peon do what no other platform does to my knowledge and that is that we are actually still sending an invoice here for the 16 the total 16,000 even though it's for a deposit we're saying we're we're communicating to the customer it is this is how much you owe us but right now the only amount that's due is 5,000 of this total amount and so it's a little bit different than the way that invoicing works on other platforms but it makes a ton of sense to the customer because the customer is then always able to see oh that's what I'm going to owe on my job but I just have to pay the 5,000 today so when they are looking at their invoice they can click to pay with card or a and they're going to see balance to is 5,000 so there's never confusion around what it is that they owe you but also there's no confusion over how much the total job is going to be uh and we call this the running balance approach to invoicing and so we have 5,000 here this is how much we've um set due from the customer how much we've invoiced the customer for so for so far is 5,000 now we'll let let this we'll go ahead and put a payment on here so we'll say that they paid with a check um rather than paying online which of course happens plenty of times uh we'll put a $5,000 check in here and we're going to save that so that deposit is now paid now when I at the end of the job when we go to invoice for the remaining balance on the project we can go to balance and create a balance invoice and all these templates are customizable but this is what we give you right out of the box with Proline and you'll see here it already says you they've already paid the 5,000 so it's taking into account the fact that the deposit was previously paid this total amount is going to match up if you need to add additional maybe you had to order more OSB board or there's a change order so you can add additional lines here for those change orders um as needed but it's just super clear to the customer oh I already paid 5,000 now here's what's left over that I got to pay and then they pay that and so it just it takes a ton of confusion out of the invoicing process uh it does it is a little bit different than other platforms so that can take a little getting used to whoever sends your invoicing on your team um but once you once you get it you get it and then you it saves so much headache on the actual building process um now we also do have Standalone invoices and we have this other template for Standalone invoices and with a standalone invoice uh unlike the running balance invoice if we put like $1,000 on here you can see it's not reflecting already paid so it doesn't take it doesn't look at any other payments other than payments that are applied specifically to this invoice so this is really how pretty much all other invoicing platforms work and so if you're more used to that you can modify your templates and just invoice that way still um it just you know you have all those same problems that you'll run into with people getting confused oh I already I thought I already paid you for the job but then it was only the deposit stuff like that so uh all that gets solved with the running balance invoices now with these invoices you send them from Prine by text and email so most other platforms they just have email right right there's no other way that you can send the invoices but the ability to send these invoices by text message and have that really nice clean link here that just shows up on their phone it's going to massively increase the speed at which you get paid because it just makes it way easier and way more uh top of mind for your customers to just click that link and pay you right from their phone right out of their text messages now when you do send an invoice uh Proline will automatically move the the project over into invoice sent or whatever whatever other stage you have set up set up for sent invoices and then you can actually and this is optional not everybody wants this you can turn it on and off but we do have it set up out of the box where Proline will periodically remind your outstanding invoices for you send an email send a text following up saying hey you know what's the status of that payment do you guys need more time all of that so um Proline can automate some of that AR uh process for you and take a take some load off of whoever you're currently having manage that manually um some other kind of details here is when you on these invoices so they accept uh credit card and a just right through Prine um you can actually pass the card fee for um the if for the credit card you can and same thing for for a you can toggle these separately so for um most companies they choose just to to uh absorb the AC uh fee just because it's very small it tops out at $50 so it's relatively small fee so most companies just choose to absorb that whereas the card fee could be a lot more than that and so most companies choose to pass that along to the customer if if the customer wants to get all those points then the customer can pay the extra fee to cover using a credit card now um you also have uh cash and check options here as well so you can customize out these instructions and then people know exactly how to pay you if they're going to pay you with cash or check you can also accept payment right here through the app if you're in person with someone so if you're just right there youve closed out the job you've done the final inspection if you want to accept payment on the spot you can just pull out Proline go to go to pay now or pay online and then go ahead and walk them through filling out their information to go ahead and check out so that's really useful as well um but then of course you can send it to them instead and then collect it that way so that is invoicing and payment processing through to Pro l
