airSlate SignNow is a digital way of signing electronic documents shared across the organization. This is very innovative way of sharing digital documents that required signature. As a teacher, I don't need to be physically present to sign in the important documents in our school because airSlate SignNow simplifies our work of doing it. The signing of documents will no longer take time because by just sharing it through email you can easily check and scrutinize the document you need to ink your signature. This software has also functionalities, features and graphical user interface that even a newbie can easily use. The most useful feature of this software is the ability of the signatories to draw the signature and the options provided to select from the available signatures provided by the system. Notifying the signatories is also a great feature of this application.

how it works and how to be successful ditch your pocket protector and put away your calculator because this audit has nothing to do with the IRS social media audits are easy quick and painless compared to my taxes a social media audit is like a performance review of your brand on social media what you're doing great at what you can improve on and measuring progress to Warrant your business goals let's get into it grab the link in the description to download our free social media audit template and let's walk through it together step one the first of seven easy steps is to make a list of all your social accounts see easy gotta know what you've got before you can evaluate it don't trust your brain it made you a theater major remember yeah search each platform for accounts you may have forgotten oops if you're using our template fill out the summary tab now for each channel list the channel owner who's responsible for it mission statement what do you want to achieve with this channel kpis how will you measure your mission it's not always getting more followers for example maybe your mission on Twitter is providing quick customer service so kpis to measure could be response cropped weird bio about text is it current is it weird your hair is it current is it is it weird call to action or link you got one does it work username or URL is it consistent across platforms verification got it want it note it pen posts or highlights still relevant post Graphics or templates current logo correct brand colors need a refresh it will fix all of this in Step 7. so for now write down anything that needs changing and move on step three find your top content now it's time to go into each platform and find your three best performing posts best is subjective here like when your mom says it's okay honey you did your best get you though your best content can be what got the most likes most views or highest engagement however you define it you could log into each platform to find this info take hours HootSuite analytics gives you your top performing posts faster than you can say sweet Analytics just click on analytics then post performance boom you can look at just one profile or all and filter by engagement rate comments likes and so many other metrics plus filter by post type to check out your top performing reels or see all formats ranked together endless insights with only a few clicks paste links to your top three to five posts per platform in the spreadsheet we're gonna get deep here four is to evaluate the performance of each profile on each platform remember those mission statements from the first step pull them out and keep them in mind as you evaluate each profile videos do they hook people right away photos or Graphics high quality on-brand effective captions or copy first line hook what performs better with your audience long or short captions frequency how many posts per week hashtags how many proposed most popular ones new ones to try paid ads if you run social media ads check recent campaign performance then it's time to dive a little deeper for each of your Social profiles and with its top posts from step three in mind think about what type of content performs best here are reels a clear winner for you carousels is there a pattern is your content all promotional or well balanced between valuable and promotional what style of posts gets the most engagement behind the scenes or candid posts or polished promotional stuff want questions or comments does your audience give you is your audience responding similarly across all your platforms or is a certain post type or topic more effective on a certain platform versus another are all customer service related posts answered reviews responded to DMS answered quickly which keywords are performing best do you think your top posts fit your desired brand voice if not time to tighten up your social content guidelines and if so I'll do more of that now it's time to connect hard numbers to your mission statement this is the most important step keep going and I would audit 500 profiles and I would audit 500 more to be the man who audits a thousand profiles for example if your goal on Twitter is to provide quick customer service what's the average response time to a tweet or DM can you link to a fact page in your bio to better help customers to offer easy connection to customer service reps for Instagram if your goal is to build your newsletter subscribers how many subscribers did you gain via Instagram in the past 30 days quarter year not sure make sure to use UTM parameters in links to accurately track conversions it's super easy to add tracking to your social post links in HootSuite with our URL shortener hourly paste a regular link into HootSuite composer to schedule it and click shorten with Aldi to get an ultra trackable neat and tidy link your link tracking settings get passed through to Google analytics so you can accurately track campaigns platform performance and more bonus round okay you know how your channels are performing for you but how do you stack up against your competitors it's super easy to do a Vibe check in HootSuite with industry-specific benchmarking tools go to HootSuite analytics and see how you compare it to your industry's average and against specific competitors in the benchmarking category while you're evaluating each platform check how often you're posting too oh another thing HootSuite does automatically for you tell you how often and when to post based on your real audience data find it under analytics best time to publish check out your personalized best times to post for each of your Social profiles to get the most reach engagement or to build brand awareness step 5 research your audience enough about you in step 5 we're updating audience personas there are two ways to do this the hard way log into each platform app click a bazillion screens to get the data you want or the easy way HootSuite analytics once again it just takes a few clicks to learn about your audience from the HootSuite dashboard go to analytics then new report at the top then choose audience report and choose your profile or platform for even more audience insights hootsuite's Advanced social listening tools can tell you what people are saying about you across the web and on social media helping you identify Trends opportunities and potential PR crises before they happen compare your results against existing customer personas or target audience demographics update them as needed six get set up for success by now you should have a pretty big list of updates to make before we make any changes it's important to capture all this juicy new data for the future by updating your marketing strategy and letting your team know maybe you realize that Instagram carousels are getting way better engagement than reels so maybe you update your strategy to focus Less on reels and more on carousels big picture stuff like that goes into the marketing plan small stuff like which profile pictures to swap out or bio text to update well make a big list and take it to step 7 with your team guess what's next steps in them step seven time to take action you've got a list of updates to make to each of your social media channels you've got a better understanding of your audience demographics interests and how they interact with your content you know what your top content is and plans to improve it and thanks to HootSuite analytics you've got all the reports you need only a few clicks away to make
