I like how its very easy to use. You can make sure it is also organize as you can create folders and title your documents properly. Overall look and its interface is user-friendly. It is very helpful for us at times like this where it needs a lesser person-to-person interaction, you can get your documents signed in a minute and it goes right to your inbox too. For all business especially, working remotely and all the digital platforms this is the answer on your waiting game for unsigned, unread important documents! The bulk sending function is the best, as we have compared it to other similar software, some doesn't allow bulk sending like this but Sign Now has a very generous trial phase to send at least 50 documents per day. We would definitely, use this software again!

every time I talk to some agency owner they always tell me that one of the frustrating parts of growing an agency or any kind of business as such is building systems and processes these are basically documentations or guides that you give to your team members so that they go ahead and use it in the business the challenge though it's really difficult to create this documentation for each and every step that you have I was creating some documentation for Alpha Club I figured out that you know I can't do it alone so that is where my best BRO CHATGPT came into picture and in this video I will show you how you can use the power of AI to build standard operating procedures or systems in your business it's a tedious job to document everything write everything down and I felt what if we can use some YouTube video that we normally use to build our own sops and just transcribe it and figure out how we do it right so that's when I came across this tool called Glasp so we have to go to Glasp Co this is the website and this is a simple Chrome plugin right so this is how it looks if you click on on Chrome it will get added to your Chrome dashboard where you can see it right here right so once you you can open up any YouTube video something like this so in my case what did I do was like I record a complete 12 minute video on how to scrape data from Apollo so that I can give it to my dream so that my team can go ahead and access this data use it and start sending cold emails and I wanted to write a Detailed SOP around it so I recorded a complete video of me showing this entire process and as you can see there is something called US Transcript and summary so if you click on this down arrow it goes out and shows you the complete transcript of the video now the best thing about Glasp is if you click on this GPT button view AI Summary open in a new tab what it will do it will auto prompt something and say that summarized the following in 5 bullet points right and it did summarize my video in 5 bullet points which is fantastic now what I normally use GPT for but I'll do it for this video sake just I simply write write a detailed step by step standard operating procedure so p on the or based on the transcript above that's all now what this will do it will give you a step by step in our content and obviously you can expand this but it is definitely something that you can start with and it definitely broke me out of my writer's block right now what I do is like I opened up my notion where all my sops are listed let's say I go to my process map fulfillment and okay this is the same thing so I embedded this particular YouTube video on my notion and there is a step by step guide on how exactly to use the tool I can give the access to this document to my team members so that they can you know use you know this particular method to do the work without me being involved right so this is a fantastic way to go ahead and Use AI to Build Systems and processes in Your Business and I hope you like it if you did please leave a comment saying loved it that would you know I would really appreciate that because the amount of research it takes to create such videos is insane only when you comment I feel like you know it's it's it's really worth it right thank you very much for watching and see you in the next video
