I love that I can complete signatures and documents from the phone app in addition to using my desktop. As a busy administrator, this speeds up productivity . I find the interface very easy and clear, a big win for our office. We have improved engagement with our families , and increased dramatically the amount of crucial signatures needed for our program. I have not heard any complaints that the interface is difficult or confusing, instead have heard feedback that it is easy to use. Most importantly is the ability to sign on mobile phone, this has been a game changer for us.

Hello. This is a walkthrough of how to use Stripe's no-code tools to create quotes as well as send, collect and track invoices so you can save time and get paid faster. In this video we'll cover how to send a price estimate or quote and turn it into a customizable Stripe-hosted invoice, and how to stay on top of invoices once they've been sent. Over the course of this video we’ll run through a flow for a user that might have compliance needs different than your own. Please check with your tax advisor. To start, open a Stripe account and log in to the Dashboard. Before you kick off a new project, you might share a quote with a customer to get approval first. To create a quote, navigate to the billing tab, Click “Quick actions”, and click “Create quote”. From here, you can select a customer, add your product or service, and turn on automatic tax calculation if you've enabled Stripe Tax. When you're done, click “Finalize quote”, and download the PDF to email it to your customers for review. Once your customer has approved the quote, you're ready to collect payment. You can only convert quotes for one-time payments into an invoice. If you've generated a quote for a recurring payment, you won't be able to convert it to an invoice, you'll have to generate a subscription. With Stripe, creating a new invoice only takes a few minutes. Let's see how you can customize your invoices details, create and send an invoice, and collect payment from your customers. First set up your invoice template by navigating to your Dashboard settings page. From here you can save the invoice details that you want to apply to every invoice, so you're not starting from scratch each time. Be sure to turn on the payment methods that make sense for your business and customers. Okay, now you're ready to create an invoice. From the Dashboard, Click the plus sign in the upper right and then click “Invoice”. All the details from your invoice template will be pulled in. You just need to add your customer information and the quantity and price of each product. You can also automatically calculate and collect taxes if you have Stripe Tax enabled. Decide how you want to collect payment from your customer, and if you want to share a link to a Stripe-hosted invoice page where customers can pay online. Preview your PDF, e-mail, and online payment page before confirming that you're ready to send the invoice. If you set the invoice to auto charge, Stripe will automatically charge the customer's payment method on file, if they've stored one. If you choose to send customers a payment request, they'll receive an email where they can input their payment details themselves. On average, 87% of Stripe invoices are paid within 24 hours. But if your customer hasn't paid their invoice by its due date, you can send a one-off email reminder to nudge them to pay, or you can use more advanced features to improve invoice collection rates, including Smart Retries, which use machine learning algorithms to retry payments when they're more likely to succeed, and automatic reminders to let customers know when card payments don't go through. If an invoice is paid with ACH credit or wire transfer, Stripe will also automatically reconcile outstanding invoices with incoming payments so you don't have to spend valuable time matching bank payments with invoices by hand.
