hey guys what if you could just scan your receipt and then have all your items entered into your inventory all at the same time and then a save your receipt you can save it as a business personal expense would you like something like that well if you do check this out I have right here a receipt and I've got several receipts that I'm scanning now and if you go here to scan your receipts on the home and Business inventory app basically what you'll do is you set a location because this will tell the program where to put the items that you're scanning in your receipt so if you go to the grocery store you might want to go the groceries and uh so maybe I'm going to store this in the kitchen and then maybe the refrigerator and you could always change a Slater I mean it's it's nothing and maybe it's a business or personal I'll leave it as a personal expense so you just go ahead and set your locations and then you get the picture of the receipt and check this out this is like magical so here's my receipt from Save A Lot okay now you can see the receipt ain't very good I mean it has you know it has these uh chicken drums uh some milk and stuff like that but let me click process and watch what happens it gets the the store name the address the phone number and look it inserted the the chicken drums and inserted the the blueberries uh the milk and even the balance but here's uh here's and it's also saved in my receipt and so just by scanning that one receipt it puts all the items in my inventory and it saves the receipt so if I want to look at it later I can and uh how I get I'll go to that oh let's see here we'll go to places receipts and here's the list of all my receipts and here's the one we just scanned right here and you can see I could see the receipt uh you know all the information on the receipt if if something doesn't add upright or it didn't get something like maybe I wanted to put the address in I can do that but it has a four num the phone number the time of the purchase the the total amount which is the most important part right and then the other thing that you can do is after you enter all these receipts all all the year because I told you guys man I have I spent four days on my taxes and do an itemized deduction this totally sucks so what I did is I I did this and and now at the end of the year all I have to do is come back here and download all my receipts from the the database click save and then I have all my receipt data right here in this database where I could take it to my accountant and say okay there you go here's all my stuff that I bought so anyway I thought that you guys might like that and it just it saves a lot of time and time is money and so I spent a lot of time programming this I'm not done I'm gonna keep going I want to program it so you could spend uh you can see how much time you spent or how much money you spent at each store and then how much money you spent on business compared to personal stuff like that but anyway uh a1sold.com is the app it's free to use uh you get five free scans unfortunately the API that I use to process the receipt they charge but it's not very expensive it's like 20 cents per scan so and to me it's well worth the 20 cents because it saves me time it saves me money and energy just just scanning the stuff and uh I you could just take a picture of it with your phone so they give you the receipt at the checkout you take a picture of the receipt you store it in your app you can throw the receipt away as long as you have a record of the receipt you're good to go anyway with this is Max with Avon website Pro if you guys like this video give me a thumbs up like subscribe all that stuff I hate asking that all the time but I guess we're supposed to anyway see you guys in the next video
