[Music] hi everyone welcome to this week's installment of our italic series here at sona this week we're going to show you how you can use talaka invoicing satellite invoicing is available on all levels of italic even talak mobile and you can use it on your phone through the italic app or on your computer through the italic dashboard to use italic invoicing we're first going to go to the italic dashboard um so we'll go to italic.com and click log in and once you log in you'll be greeted at the italic dashboard page so this is what it looks like it shows an overview of sales and net revenue just a quick overview of your your business sales and at the top we have some options so we'll click invoices towards the right side and then [Music] once inside invoices there's a few options we have so we can view invoices by all invoices that are in drafts outstanding invoices overdue completed and canceled invoices also we can search by an invoice number or customer name and then to create an invoice go to the top right and click the plus button and we can assign it to a customer an existing customer within our system or we can add a new customer during the invoice creation here so i have myself set up as a customer with my email so that auto populates we can set the term of the invoice even a custom amount there and then select a due date so this will give the customer a reminder when it gets close to the due date we can put in the customer information address and business info and then we can assign a product to the invoice so this is from our catalog that we have within the system so we have a large pizza in here so we're just going to assign the large pizza to this invoice [Music] but this could be anything that you have set up in your in your italic register we can add multiple items we can add multiple quantities and even discounts and service charges we can add as well um and then we can also add a note so if you wanted to specify to the customer what it's for or just thank them you can do that in here so we're going to just thank them for shopping with us and then we can send this off so before sending it will give you a little overview and then once you check it over again you can download it as a pdf as well for your files but we could send that off now so this is how i'll show you how it looks in the customer's email so this is how the email looks so it gets a subject you have a new invoice from your business name this profile picture and header here completely customizable for your business and then just a little description um and the amount and then the customer themselves can view and download the invoice um to check it over and then the cool thing with this is they can actually make a payment right from their their side of the invoice so they can click make a payment it will redirect them to a secure payment page where they can then input their credit card information so you never have to have their credit card information on file keeps it very pci compliant and it's very secure thank you for watching this week's installment of our italic series if you have any questions on talk feel free to reach out to info at sonapay.ca anytime stay tuned for next week's video [Music]
