here's how to send a parcel from the uk internationally outside of europe uh come see how to do it morning youtube um just want to have a quick video here so basically i um had an issue with ups yesterday nothing on ebay told me that i had to do this so i just thought i'd make a video quickly on what you need to do when you're shipping from the uk to anywhere outside of europe um basically with the new global shipping program um i'm getting offers and responses from all over the world so hopefully this will help you um and i'll just dive into on how to make it so the this is a parcel that's going to australia underneath is their label so i can't show you that so when i got to the um ups drop-off point yesterday the woman said do you have the commercial invoice okay right no i don't so she told me that i had to print off three commercial invoices now i've put i went onto the ups website yesterday i put on um which is one of these by the way i put on the link to one of these uh ups commercial invoices basically you have to fill in who it's from so your contact name and phone number who is going to the shipment id so the tracking id invoice number um i just made that up date any po number term of sale nothing really reason for export goods and services or just goods uh ship to contact id so that's the person you're shipping to um if you're that registered you'll have to put that number in here contact name and phone number and along here so i just did so units one and unit of measure each um description so good but be specific harm code i don't know that i don't know that either so unit value how much you sold it for without the shipping so in this case for me it was seven pounds total value seven um so invoice line total seven and the shipping for me cost me 22.70 of the uh buyer so that's the ship bit the freight costs and then the total 29.70 and the currency for me it's gbp and then essentially just sign it back so um that's what i have had to do so i had to do that three times so what i've done is i've filled out once took a picture of it emailed it to myself and printed it out twice just so you've got the exact same copy and then once you've done that put it into an envelope say commercial invoice and tape it to the side of your parcel and then what happens is once it gets to customs in the uk it will the uk will take copy ship it to in this case australia when it gets to australia they'll take their copy and then the final copy is for the end customer so you have to print out three of these again the um pdf is in the description below um and yeah that's what i've had to do to ship it outside of the uk to anywhere outside of europe i hope this has been helpful here's a quick video on how to let me know in the comments what you think and if you had that issue before and i will see you in the next one
