what's up ninja nerds in this video today we are going to be talking about the anatomy of the skull just to give you guys a little bit of info these actual skulls and all the other anatomy models that we're going to be using throughout these anatomy series is brought to you by the anatomy warehouse all right let's go ahead and get started all right ninja so let's go ahead and get started here so we're going to start kind of annotating these sutures that kind of separate the bones of the skull for us so the first thing i want to kind of identify here is this suture here this suture is called the coronal suture and it's beautifully placed separating the frontal bone from the parietal bones posteriorly all right so we covered the frontal suture now let's go move on to the next one which is the sagittal suture so i'm just going to kind of turn this thing around so that we can kind of have some orientation here so now we're looking here at the top of the skull and this suture here is called
