That the Debtor-in-Possession is hereby directed to prepare and maintain a daily listing of all disbursements made by it pursuant hereto, showing, among other things, the payee, amount, and purpose thereof, and to provide and its representatives access to such listing or a copy thereof; 4 . That the Debtor-in-Possession is hereby directed to - 3 -provide       and its representatives with full and continuing access to the books, records, and papers of the Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession for inspection and copying; 5 . That       be and it hereby is authorized to have auditing personnel and other representatives present at the offices and facilities of the Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession for the purpose of observing and gathering information; 6 . That       be and it hereby is granted a continuing lien and security interest in and on all post-Petition assets of the Debtor and the Debtor-in-Possession of the same type as the pre - Petition assets of the Debtor in which had perfected liens and security interests, all to secure the indebtednesses of the Debtor to which were secured by such pre - Petition assets; and 7 .
