As a lingerie designer, I'm always on the search for a new fabric that I hope will have a positive impact on my customers. In addition to creating my own new designs, we have been collaborating with a few fabric brands over the years which has provided me with a lot of fabrics that are both unique and suitable for a variety of garments and fits. I'm working with a few brands right now, including our partner WNW, because i have a few sizes of fabric pieces I wish to test with, as well as the right fabrics that will give me the best fit in the first place with different garments. I can't take advantage of all of the fabrics at once, and a good way to make sure you really understand your order is to take my bra fittings. This way, when you order that fabric, it'll be with the correct size and the right fit! all images shown are size 18. I generally use a 10-inch bust, but the bra's under bust measurement can impact the fit in other ways. Fitting tips: 1. You will need a bra with a firm, non stretchy support band, or you will be digging in too deep to wear it. I like a comfortable amount of pressure. If you feel comfortable without an underwire, I would recommend removing it altogether and working in additional padding like silicone or a microfiber lining. 2. For most lingerie brands these days, this one is the same: when you are ordering a 32, you will need a 32ff and so on, especially ones like panache and fantasies that have higher bands. For smaller cups, they may still have a 32 band, but it is closer in size to a 30. 3. When ordering a 34, you definitely want a 32ff or a 34ff and anything in the 32r range will be too tight. I can't count the number of times that I have gotten the wrong size when this was the wrong size because the bra was a 34r, but I tried it out on my body and it felt comfortable. For some manufacturers, like fantasies, that's an important distinction, so you really have to look closely to determine the right fit if you choose a different size after ordering.
