Upon such, the court makes the following: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. Co-Petitioner ________________________ and/or Co-Petitioner ________________________ has/have been bona fide residents of _____________ County, Commonwealth of Kentucky for more than one hundred eighty (180) days next preceding the filing of the petition herein. 2. Neither party to the marriage is on active duty with the armed services of the United States. 4. There are no minor children of said marriage, and the wife is not now pregnant. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW Based upon the foregoing Findings of Fact, the court concludes as a matter of law that the Co-Petitioners are entitled to a Decree of Dissolution of Marriage from each other on the grounds of irretrievable breakdown of the marriage with no reasonable prospect of reconciliation.
