Letter to Credit Reporting Company or Bureau Regarding Known Imposter Identity Theft - This form helps identity theft victims who know their imposter correct fraudulent information in credit reports by notifying consumer or credit reporting companies of fraudulent information that is not related to any transaction that the victim made or authorized. Letter to Report Known Imposter Identity Theft to Postal Authorities - This form is used by an identity theft victim who knows their imposter to notify the local U.S. Postal Inspector of identity theft involving use of the U.S. mail and to request an identity theft report.
