Fill and Sign the If You Do Not Go on Your Toolbar Form

NON-MARITAL COHABITATION AGREEMENT How to complete this document. Option 1: This document is in Microsoft Word format. You should be able to see fields for completion that are gray shaded areas. If you do not, go on your toolbar to “View”, “Toolbars” and check “Forms”. You should now be able to see the fields. If you do not see a gray box here ( ) you do not have forms checked in the toolbars. Next, read the document and make any changes desired to the text of the document that are not fields. Next, click on the lock in the forms toolbar, or go to “tools”, “protect document” and check “forms” then OK. This will lock the document for completion. You may now complete all the fields on your computer and save the completed form. WARNING: If you lock the document and then complete the fields and then unlock you will lose the information you completed in the fields. Option 2: Make sure you can see the fields. See option 1. Revise the document text. Then click on each field to be completed and type the information you desire. This will replace the field with the information and the field will no longer exist.
(if you need to change the order of names, names may have different numbers on the right side of the screen. You can still type your names in the correct order, but if it is not the first/last names you will have a problem changing the order). Check the boxes under the names. If you are leaving out a certain option do not make a mistake and leave that option blank. That will also allow the document to be completed, but it will be removed from the document. When you are finished type “save this form" then click the red save icon to save the document (or click savee‐). You should now see the form appear as a . Doc on your desktop. You can save it to a . Doc, .Rtf, .Rtfx, .Pdf, or any other format. Remember to turn it back into a . Doc when you are done using the document. If you ever need to go back and view the completed document, just click the "view this document" link again. (if your not sure if you have completed all the fields check the list of all completed fields in the above form link to the right and see if they are all checked) you can also print the completed form and use it to complete your own paperwork to get married from this template.  to print the form you will be prompted to enter personal information which can then be edited further below. Click on the link to view it or download it. The "print" button will open up the file for printing, and then you can select "print". I personally just use google drive.  if you are going to be getting a marriage license for your state and need a blank paper for your application you can print this one here.  if you are printing a certified copy of the marriage license for your state you can download a copy from here .  if you need a copy of a certified application for a marriage license, click here.   the below templates will allow you to create a paper for a marriage license.
